You will be involved in a project to build a major research facility. This is highly complex incorporating a number of sub-projects ranging from R&D aspects, through manufacture and assembly of substantial, novel technology items through major facility design, build and commission

Preferably Staff but contract may be available

Minimum Qualification and Desired Experience

You will have proven experience, ideally gained within the nuclear/defence or relevant industry sectors either with Contractor or client's representative. Previous experience will have been gained within a Construction Management role. A full understanding all relevant project documentation and conditions is essential. Excellent communication skills are required

Successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment

You will be responsible for the effective management of a construction site and direct site managers and subcontractors to ensure standards of building performance, quality, cost schedules and above all safety, are maintained.
