Job Descripion

We are looking for Safety Design Engineers to become Members of the Project Safety team of technical safety specialists providing design safety analysis, assessment and advice services in support of Warhead Design Authority Trident

Working within a regulated environment Safety Assessment techniques eg. HAZOP, Risk Assessment, FMECA
Desirable: Experience in the nuclear industry or post graduate study in the nuclear field Excellent technical analysis skills. Good technical and management skills including problem solving and decision making
Good oral, written and presentational skills with a particular aptitude for report, and documentation writing Good interpersonal and communication skills to ensure effective communication to all levels to both internal and external personnel

Familiarity with standard office software including word processors, spreadsheets, e-mail, presentations and databases
