Job Description
Auditing/surveillance internally and externally Knowledge of Quality management practices, methods and processes Knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines including ISO9001 Awareness of EFQM model Awareness of Project Management of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Project Management Working knowledge of ISO14001 and OHSAS 18001 Preferably welding inspection/NDT experience
Qualifications
HNC or equivalent Trained Auditor to ISO 9001 Quality Assurance/Quality Control experience ideally in the Nuclear Industries Preferred: PCN Radiography Responsibilities
Ensure Projects activities comply with relevant procedures and Station QA requirements including:
Monitoring compliance of site activities Reporting and advising on work observations Carrying out surveillance and inspection visits to manufacturers and subcontractors on or off site as required Carrying out reviews of Projects and Contractor policies and procedures Reviewing, commenting on and assisting with the mark up of quality plans, quality programmes and Project Definition Documents
Assisting Project Managers in setting up and maintaining quality management processes Providing advise for production of Project Quality Plans and programmes Maintaining awareness of relevant procedures and disseminating information on requirements, changes and updates Idetnify and drive continuous improvememnt opportunities within the Project Delivery Process
