1.         Qualifications & Experience

1.1        Minimum Qualifications

               Sufficient and appropriate supervisory experience.

1.2        Preferred Qualifications

                Relevant HNC/Degree qualification

                SMTDS IR module

                IOSH qualification

1.3        Experience

                Significant and appropriate experience in Mechanical & Process Industry Sector.

2           Key Competencies

2.1          Knowledge & understanding of the legal, practical and company safety   requirements.

2.2          Ability to manage and maintain the subcontractors level of productivity to that required under contract.

2.3          Knowledge and application of the company and client quality procedures.

2.4          Ability to liase with Subcontract management to ensure that recorded meetings are held to identify relevant interfaces for the contract and identify lines and methods of communications.

2.5          Appreciation of the company IT, commercial, planning systems and their application.
