We have continual demand for Nuclear Risk, Risk Coordination, Project Controls Managers and Engineers.

We supply and require Risk Managers/coordinators and project controls engineers with diverse engineering backgrounds including Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Structural and Systems Engineering. A business and Project Management, Team Leadership, Subcontract Management, Change Management and Client-Facing skills are required to deliver and understand our clients specific Nuclear needs.

Our candidates generally have either Nuclear, Defence and or a Utilities sectors backgrounds. Generally having spent a number of years within their careers providing direct hands on Business, Bid and Programme/Project Management Control and Change Management Processes within respected organisations.

Our consultants/candidates specialize in delivering the scoping of achievable requirements, developing executable programme plans with integrated resource, cost and risk break down structures and leading teams to deliver an array of implementation and change management programmes across various Business and Project functions.

We are able to provide innovative thinking out of the box as well as Risk Management that adheres to driving best practice ‘hands-on’ rather than isolated administrative approaches through every programme supported.

Our contractors and staff candidates provide Core skills in other Project Controls services including Requirements, Planning, Risk, Cost, EVM and Performance Management process capabilities, incorporating the integration of through-life support vision and adoption of such awareness to marinate complete packages of work. While actively leading teams of consultants and drive sub-contractors in delivering to programme within the budget and to the required quality of acceptance.

Rates of Pay

Rates of pay are dependent upon length of experience within the nuclear sector or related fields, and depth of experience gained in the required role. In addition, travel and subsistence allowances can be made available.
